i cant set up live
when i try connecting to xbl and it fails on dns
when u try to edit settings
it says

pppoe settings not set
advanced settings not set

any ideas on how to fix this??

i dont have wireless i have virgin media broadband
i need to fix this so i can shut that cocky little **** up that cocky little **** goes by the name of d4n.

Turn the computer off that the internet is connected to. give it two minutes. Turn the balck router off at the mains then plug the enther cable in tot he xbox then turn the router on then BAM!

Turn the computer off that the internet is connected to. give it two minutes. Turn the balck router off at the mains then plug the enther cable in tot he xbox then turn the router on then BAM!

You dont need to wait two minutes, after you've turned the computer off, unplug the USB to the computer, plug the ethernet in, then unlug the AC adaptor or unplug the mains adaptor, then BAM! :D
