It's a gas that's heavier than air, like helium is lighter than air. so it acts like water and you can also breathe it.

you can breathe it too! (well up to the point where you have no oxygen left but then again it won't drown you like water)

It will make you feel lighter and mabe you can float down but i doubt you can float on it. not enough mass.

Would be super cool if they filled a whole swimming pool with it. Imagine seeing olympic swimmers swimming on air!
