Derby County's new owners have been confirmed as the US group General Sports and Entertainment.



Chairman Adam Pearson has confirmed the deal is in the form of cash, not debt, and believes the financial future of the club has been underpinned.

We aren't staying up. We're practically relegated. The GSE owner sounds very interested in Derby becoming a force in the Premier League (like Spurs/Villa/City). But he talks more about the business opportunities rather than the team - which worries me slightly.
