[Hitman]

Hey, I was wanting to make this site for a while, as it's dead simple PHP... I designed and coded it today, and it's all done now, in working order...

Test it, if you want. A simple md5 encrypter and an md5 hash search... it's stores every hash that was encrypted on the site, so not many atm.

I've made an auto thing, which automatically hashes a random string of characters and stores it, every second...

Leave it running, if you want... I've removed the site layout so my bandwidth and yours isn't wasted. :)

There were some bugs with it, I've now fixed them! If you find any tell me.

Bugs were:

After 127 hashes it didn't go up - Fixed.
Couldn't have lower case and upper case, only one. - Fixed.
Going in twice for no reason - Fixed.

:(That means the hash it's doing has already been saved, just ignore it and it'll do one once it's found one that hasn't been done. It does it when there's not many left.. all 1 character hashes have been done, 2 character hashes are still being done and 3 will be next. :)

Well, a 4 character string is just: 1234 anything that's 4 characters in length. I'll make some auto lists, like this;

auto2.php - 2 characters in length
auto3.php - 3 characters in length
auto4.php - 4 characters in length
auto5.php - 5 characters in length
auto6.php - 6 characters in length

The on auto.php I'll have them linking, I'll do it now!

md5 is used for many many things... forum software etc. If you managed to hack a forum*, get an md5 hash and manage to find the plain text you could use it to gain access to the account. Or you can use this for other things, helping people etc.

*unsecure forum. Many forum systems, like vBulletin, now use salting, which works like this.

You're pass is password1 - it's then given a random salt, so it's @l0l1?:password - then it's encypted with md5 and stored, along with the salt.

Is it the exact one?It can't be, because I made it. ;) I'm not sure how to prove it, because I'm not flinging the script for download to everybody... But I assure you I made it, otherwise there wouldn't have been errors if I had used a pre-made script.

You can't just say it's the same, because look at most md5 encrypters. They're all similar, as there's not much to them.

I'll explain how I made it...

You search for a hash, it uses the md5($var) function to hash it. It saves the hash and the text in the db.

To find the hash it just searches for it in the db, simple.

The autothing generates a random hash and stores.
