So, it's been a month since my 360 got the RROD and it got taken away 2 weeks ago. It came back yesterday and I tried it and, oh yeah, it fires up fine with it's new motherboard and all but there's one problem. It won't read any frigging discs. Not one. Not any.

same thing happened with my laptop. Screen wouldn't work - sent off. Eventually came back and NO form of internet was present. They told me all this crap and made it like I was stupid as the odds of ethernet and wireless not working was slim to none. Turns out they were wrong.
Even now its touch and go whether it'll read a disk - don't buy an acer laptop.

had mine since december, its been fine, even though I dropped the huge power adapter on it as soon as I bought it and it left a big grey scratch on the top(how unlucky is that) and ive had my ps3 since april and its been doing fine too :)

mine broke after 9 months i think, and its been fine since they repaired it. Think I got it back about 4-5 months ago

not bothered if it happens again cos it dont cost anything to get it fixed
