Call of Duty 4 sniper? + rep rep rep

ok so i snipe on COD but am at a lose end at what sniper to use.
Just for everyones info i will not use the barret 50 cal it is Inaccurate and i do not enjoy sniping with it im not sure which to use out of the Drag, M40, M21 (correct if wrong name), R700, i get a 1 hit kill most times but i want to be able to shoot within like 2 second of missing or not killing. Any one know which is best and can you tell me the best perks with it as well please.

The First sniper you get is most powerful but the recoil is terrible, personally I love the M21, no recoil and consistant shots, your sort of sniper by the sounds of things.

1st sniper is the best imo m21 is crap its just an m14 with a scope

i always get 1 shot kills with the 1st sniper (if i hit them of course)
all snipes need stoping power :P and iron lungs

actually i dont use m21 i use m40
stopping power and iron lungs is basically hit them and die

use 50.cal powerfull but bad thing is recoil.

Drag is good, the m21 is a noob gun. 50 cal is for people who can actually sniper, r700 is horrible, first sniper is good but i would aim for the face with it.

drag like macro said i use 50 cal only because i play hardcore

I use the Drag at maps like Pipeline and Overgrown when lots of people are running cause you can shoot faster with it.
But at maps like Bloc where most people snipe the .50 cal is best b/c of its power.

IMO - 1st one, its got a good hit and good accuracy but hard recoil. Also, try using the perk Sleight (sp?) of Hand, it makes a reload in about 1.3 seconds :) great for a sniper.
