Ive read about this, I believe not, but i remeber on cod3 (i know it sounds wierd but listen) You can sign into your live account twice and still use it on live on splitscreen so like You can have 2 people playing on live on the same console,

Yes you can if your playing live. Set it up like a normal game (cannot be in a league) must be ranked or unranked then when they are turned on (both controls) your bro will go to your side, and it will say BLAH BLAH BLAH click okay, then sign into the guest profile MUST BE GUEST! then play :)
