So, Doctor Frank Sloth has returned to Neopets it seems. Chat about the new plot and the steps here, receive help and stuff... ;). It should be a pretty good plot considering it's got something to do with Doctor Sloth 'Returning'. Apparently, he's been plotting something for a while but nobody knew what (Quote taken from a Neopets fansite) - Maybe we'll find out in this? Do you like Doctor Sloth? I hope this doesn't turn into a war, it would be pretty odd because there was a war with the 'Lost Isle' plot... It also seems a bit weird that they are bringing out a new plot without finishing their old one (Remember, about the ship?).
