Thats kinda a stupid question. Hostgator has thousands of servers and hundreds of connections. Best thing is to use a server tester to test the speed of the connection.

well if gregs site crashed then it must be really laggy.

as i said hostgator has thousands of servers and gregs issue doesn't have anything to do with crashing. It still shows the index file and cpanel login. Thats not exactly crashing.

Average Response Time: 138ms.

Not slow, but not dead fast either.

The reason I asked is because there is three reasons:
1 - Hostgators slow
2 - My computers got a problem with that IP
3 - The content on our websites is corupted

If its going slow for any one else, then its most probably hostgator.

Is slow for me too, and whoever said they have thousands of servers...

Please shut up :) They make a new nameserver per every customer, I have signed up several times.
