Pain in my bicep area

Ok on my bicep near my elbow (inner side), I have this pain and it is swollen on this little tendon which I can put my fingers around if I push into that skin area. Any reason why? It is like connected to that bicep muscle and is like a bone or something but Its not.. Like it feels like it or w/e. any help?
