The quest giver, the orc that is unjured, Turn to you're left after speaking to him, run along them hills till you see a path, it leads to a plateu then look around the scorpions for Sarkoth, he goes dowmn like a baby:)

Right, Where you kill loads of scorpids and boars, And collect the apples, Just keep going further down, And you will see a tree, And then there will be an injured orc under it, With the quest sign above his head, Speak to him to get started :)
