Well, I also tried to send a Contact US Submission. My account was being "Bad" and wouldn't let me send one. So I had to log out and then do the "I AM NOT a registered user". I told them to reset it please :]

I don't think it'll work if you don't list as registered because they wont be able to check your user name I don't think

Isn't there a way to do an automatic PIN reset, if you verify your DOB, and mobile phone, and if there is no mobile phone number listed then customer support must do it?

I don't think any staff are online. I uploaded a photo about an hour ago and not accepted yet. Uploaded one this morning and about 15 minutes later it was accepted.

BETA Update

We have been a bit quiet when it comes to news updates this week and the reason is, we have all been working so hard to get the client finished in time for BETA and working on profiles that we just haven’t had time for news!

So, we all know what you want to know… When will the client launch for BETA!

Well we have good news, it looks like, fingers crossed and bar fridge interferences that the client should be up and ready for the first visitors to the Island in a few hours.

The client is currently being uploaded, we are making some last minute minor adjustments and merging it with the current database and it WILL be up today… Even if the tech team has to stay up all night!

Now, are you as excited as we are?

Lol that's not a very good edit because you can print screen it, open it up in paint, use the fill tool to white, click on the black near the edges of the window and you can see you just put that image on top
