If you get rid of the horrible shadow under the bar then it has good potential :)

HabboWow is one of the first original Habbo Fansites from years ago like Habbo-Paper/HabboLake, etc. It was orignally called Robsladey and had quite a big fan base :)

Rob is cool , The layout on Habbowow is actually quite good :s.

Anyway back on-topic , I get an headache from trying to figure out what is what :S

Reminds me of the old TheHabbos layout that James designed.

Also HabboWow has a basic layout as that has always been their style. They're never had fancy dancy layouts, they've kept them simple and easy to use.
