As you may or may not know that there's a good possibility that the presidental nominations for the Republicans and the Democrats will be decided this Tuesday.
Twenty-four states and American Samoa are scheduled to hold either caucuses or primary elections for one or both parties on this date.
I thought it'd be good to have a thread in which people can discuss the day and the results afterwards.

Her policeies are old and outdated.
Obama wants to introduce new things to help the lower classes

I'm not sure who I want to receive the Democratic nomination. On the one hand I'd love Obama to win it, simply because of America's racist history. On the other hand I think Clinton's more experienced and would still be a step in the right direction.

and that's a good thing? hahaThat's a very good thing, Margaret Thatcher sorted this country out to a very reasonable extent. I'm sure we could go on forever how she modernised and improved the UK, but first of all she sorted out all the state's mines which where losing the government loads of money, it caused the huge miners strike but it was definitely worth it.

The problem for me is , i can't view Hilary taking the US to war if it is required. I could see Obama doing it though.

I hope Obama wins, Hilary is getting on my nerves really. I couldn't stand her if she became president, it'd just be... Irritating. I can't see her actually being serious in her job without looking to her husband. On another note, where do you think Hilary got her ambition in the first place?
At least Obama knows what the people want, and will try his best to get them it. Either way, anyones better than bush LOL.

They both seem promising. Have to agree with the Bush comment.

i'd really like to see Obama win it. Clinton really gets on my nerves, even more so that her husband was the former presidant.

At least the Bush Administration is closing to an end, thank god and hopefully if there's any justice in this world George W Bush and his associeates will be brought to justice for the pointless mass murder of iraqi's.

i hate it when people say this. first off, in the 2000 election, GORE was supposed to win. he got more votes, but the supreme court was full of idiots so they gave it to bush. the second election was understandable. it was a short time after 9/11 and everyone was scared, and john kerry wasn't very pleasing to the situation.
i'd find it extremely sad if it ended up being Hillary and McCain or Huckabee. more than 70% of our population is anti war, yet they voted for pro-war candidates. our country is full of idiots if that happens.

McCain is a given for the Republicans, I think that the real battle comes down to Obama-Clinton, whoever wins that will be the President, McCain doesn't stand a chance against either of the two in my opinion. I'll agree and go with Obama for the Democrats.

All Obama is doing now is surviving. There's no way he could of expected a better result for super tuesday. He'll obviously hope the deficit in California is small too.
Mccain is a shoe-in now, Romney bombed hard.

Yeah Clinton looks to have taken California, and McCain for the Republicans. I do hope Obama wins though, he's a godsend for the American people. Clinton is all about the old times, and she's full of the hot air. Let some new ideas into the white house, not the old ones the old bag is coming out with.

the democratic race is far from over. clinton isn't up by very much.
i get really mad about this. i have no idea how anyone against the war could POSSIBLY vote for hillary. it makes absolutely no sense. SHE'S PRO WAR! you cant say "well i dont agree with her about the war, but she's got other things i like". im sorry, but you can't overlook a WAR. if youre for the war, you can be for hillary, but if you're against the war and you're for hillary, you're a hypocrite.
