They can't help if a problem comes up, they can't be blamed if they have internet troubles while uploading can they? Telling us that it will open yesterday was definitly a wrong move as I don't think they did anything but maybe check it over, but saying it'll definitly be out today then have internet troubles while uploading isn't something they can be held responsible for

One thing I will note is BETA testers should be patient, its part of the job! If you don't have patience and unable to support us, then you should not have applied.
