Tell me or link me to a tutorial explaining how to code via DREAMWEAVER.I have a layout and need to know how to link the pages together and create dropdown menu's.

Um, you would need an ordinary tutorial. Not a Dreamweaver specific tutorial.

For ease, "manage" a site, it shouldn't be difficult to understand the process if you follow the instructions, just saves the pages to a certain file. (right hand side of the page - "Manage sites" name is whatever you what, etc)

Then once you've done that, you can use the "Link" tool at the bottom of the page (properties) and use the crosshair to choose the page to link it too on the right sidebar.
Then choose a target underneath.

It's easier to design then read the coding afterwards, not sure how to do drop-down.

I tried simplifying it!

For your whole site in Dreamweaver, start off with this.

Under "Files" on the right-hand site of the screen usually. It should say "Manage Sites" USE IT :).

Once you've done that, in the "Properties" bar, there should be a "LINK" tool, you can either use the folder next to it to search for the file manually (and without using the "MANAGE SITE" function)

Use the design side (or Split, either 1) until you're confident with dreamweaver.

OK, make the Files tab large (so make sure it's open) Click the button on the bar (it's on the right of the Bar, "File -------- BUTTON")

Servers > Manage Sites, then press new.

Well, for beginners, they usually use "Layout Tables", which the they slice the layout and put the images into.

The move up to divs and css ETC
