Its a simple pact, people instantly hate anyone who talks constantly in caps.

lol, i was reading there rules, and about hosting illgal boared etc, and it explains how to check 2.x's are real. ( ?ipsreport=1 ) so i tryed it on there's and you will never guess what didnt come up :D
