I also suggest you fix this, I could have redirected your entire site. I also found you have Habbo staff members loaded into this system, with the insecurity of it, I am not sure about how secure they are. I could have easily accessed their password hash as well as their e-mail.

So true, so true. It's a shame HabboHarmony stooped this low as to steal a usersystem. I would be in the right mind to give him a warning, a little email of his password & details I think would be a nice wakeup call. Anyway, I hope you get it sorted Caleb.

I don't see any problem with you leaving doorways for yourself, that's basically what any system would do. You leave a backdoor open to take forged copies down, alot like VBulletin do. It's not rare in the market so don't go accusing him of being so awful. I think he's being professional, as he hasn't taken action he could. I'd think Universe would be polite enough to comment on this rather than his 'henchman'. It's all that Habbo Xing, it just fills his schedule up. Just to add by the way, official status can easily be revoked, it was done by NamistaiFM which reformed back in 07 but never gotten popular despite being owned by Lost_witness & ThemoFairy. Official status was never given back despite technically they did still have it.

It can easily be revoked, so I wouldn't be so hasty as to accuse them of corruption.

Anyway, I'm betting after this Caleb will be a bit more careful on who takes what & where things are put. I'm sure a Google search could come up quite conclusive, providing you know how to use it. I'd expect a patch to be put up too if I owned a copy. :P

I don't care if they stole your panel and sold it for cash - that does not give you the right to post public exploits on a public forum that could possibly break-down their system and screw up their radio server! That is absolutely unnacceptable and you should be ashamed of yourself. What else has made me laugh is the people spamming the newsletter function. There was only one email in that system, mine. You all put things like 'PWNED ZOMG' when you've done nothing? I even got one email saying '[ZFK KREW PWNED U]' which makes me laugh.

I'm now out to prove this panel is nothing to do with the so called 'Housekeeping' owner from the poster. The panel was copied to me from Nkay. about 2 years ago before Thinkhabbo (his site) was opened. I owned a habbo fansite called Habboshed and the owner from Habbofm and Nkay joined the site and installed their 'pre-made panel' onto the site giving me permission to use it. I think I even have emails of releases and updates sent to me still in my stored email box.

I would also now like to list just SOME of the website who are using this 'SO CALLED... housekeeping' panel.

Personally I use Housekeeping DJ Panel but I do re design it and try and make it more secure I think the origenal panel dident have any copywrite on the style Calb made the script but Universe could call his panel Universe radio systems or what ever I dont remeber any copywrite on the script its self.

Any creation online is automatically copyright to the creator. You don't need to post a copyright/registered symbol on them. Whoever made the object in the first place, whether it be a design or code, they are the ones who have the say where it gets used and how.

So if you don't place copyright notice on when he asks he can simply file a DMCA.

That is true what Tom said, something is only copy righted when the appropriate logo is given on the product or service to prevent other people from copying that idea.


Any creation online is automatically copyright to the creator. You don't need to post a copyright/registered symbol on them. Whoever made the object in the first place, whether it be a design or code, they are the ones who have the say where it gets used and how.

That's rubbish, companies will always make sure their products/services are copyrighted to prevent through appropriate legislation's, logo's or documents shown on the product/service. However, if you adjust a product that wasn't copyrighted in the first place and name it your own. There is nothing you can really do.

I find it quite ironic how Caleb just posted his own project and pointed out the flaws because he has nothing else better to do than victimize sites thinking he'll actually make an effect.

We had fixed all exploits but upon a break in the server we reuploaded a backup, which was the old version of the staffpanel.

The panel was released FREE TO USE.

I agree, although it was not a flaw I left in the panel, the original HK was secured, except for a few security exploits, I was not that knowledged at the time I made it on securing it.

The add_user was secured though, after many years it got depreciated, and many releases by users later.. removed.

He had an illegal copy, that is why I knew it was vulnerable, all the copies that were sold/released by certain individuals had that exploit in it, and that is how I check to see which version it is.

As well as a few un-named exploits.

This is not a flaw in my script, if you download the original HK from www.habboring.com you will see that this flaw is secured.

It was released as opensource under the GNU GPL, which protects against things like this.

By saying "Universe Radio Systems", means "I created this panel, and it is my radio system" so to speak.

It is not my flaws.. you fail to understand.

Anything released is copyrighted automatically to the owner as stated in UK laws (use Google).

It was also released under the GNU GPL, more protection ;)

1. It was a flaw in the illegal copy of the system, not Housekeeping.
2. I have contacted Universe in the past about removing it, VIA Habbo console, he said it was his panel, I had no right to ask for removal.
3. I contacted him again VIA the contact us, no reply.

Universe got the original panel off of Nkay which I coded originally for HabboFM, but then moved it to ThinkHabbo the original system was full of flaws, pretty much fully hackable, I then coded what was the first ThinkHabbo version which a few less flaws but it still had a few I admit, I was still learning to code at this point, some pages I did not code, hence why they did not have the proper security, but anyone who knows from my knowledge if you have the original system you are safe, its just a few pages that can be seen, but nothing major and I believe no one has hacked it yet, only hack in the sense someone stole another DJs password.

So there you have it, I know that no one would probably believe me but oh well. You are free to ask any ThinkHabbo or HabboFM Management, obviously those I worked with, new management wont know. (Nkay etc...)

You may have coded a version of a DJ panel, but Housekeeping is by far not the one you coded.

Many-a users on HxF can vouch for me, and were around when it was created as well as seeing many developmental releases for it.

I agree with Universe, this is going to sound so ridiculous but here is goes...

Universe got the original panel off of Nkay which I coded originally for HabboFM, but then moved it to ThinkHabbo the original system was full of flaws, pretty much fully hackable, I then coded what was the first ThinkHabbo version which a few less flaws but it still had a few I admit, I was still learning to code at this point, some pages I did not code, hence why they did not have the proper security, but anyone who knows from my knowledge if you have the original system you are safe, its just a few pages that can be seen, but nothing major and I believe no one has hacked it yet, only hack in the sense someone stole another DJs password.

I cant say I coded this "House Keeping" although there are very similar links on that list, for example the Radio Spy, that was a page I coded for the ThinkHabbo DJ Panel, obviously I have no proof other than for you to speak to Nkay and I apologise if you made it from scratch but it remarkably looks like the one I coded, as do other bits and pieces. But if this panel is from Nkay like Universe says then I did code it. Although elements maybe new, I coded the basic ones like view requests, alert ip/alert all, radio spy, schedule, as for the rest, I duno who made it, but links can be changed so I don't know.

The schedule is the same I have found on many sites, including RadioHabbo which was where that original schedule layout came from.

I am not sure, maybe this could be a combination of both panels? As I do know that add_user did have a bug in the first version of my Housekeeping, which is how I found it on HabboHarmony, I am not sure if yours did too?

Maybe someone in the past has combined both of our panels, to create.. this? Which I wouldn't know without further examination, just a guess.

Id assume so, maybe someone did combine the systems, my system was spread around like wild fire, I don't care who has it now, just nice to know something I coded is still being used although I suggest people fix the security flaws with a simple line of code that can be found at the top of radio spy page. I'm glad someone is using my work and took the time to modify it, you should be proud although annoyed, but obvisouly it was good enough to use and change.

And no my add_user.php was security protected. So maybe it is a combination.

It just bothers me in the fact people claim systems as their own, like was done here.

Theres no point its so hard to try and prove things are your own these days its not even worth the effort, but you can keep trying, but at the end of the day they will just patch it and carry on.

The developmental version which I released as a BETA product is the version that is not secured.

This seems to be a mix of the BETA developmental version of mine, and yours :P

There is a coppy if any one wants to use it :) its simple and easy to edit also good to use in your radio players!

You can also make some simple changes to integrate it with a staff panel and auto update the shoutcast details

Anzrew did make a panel similar to Housekeeping, I used it at HabboFM when I was a DJ there.

Then blablabla, Housekeeping was in development when I worked at HabboFM for HabboNewsieFM as you can see in the readme :P

He didn't edit it.. he made his own version, they are just similar and it is hard to tell the difference between them. ;)

I was around when this was released and it was released by Caleb (Dentafrice at the time) I remember in them days it got leaked a few times to, Tbh Caleb you shouldnt be worrying about it there pathetic if there stealing it because it just means yours is good enough to be recognised dont get annoyed about it because theres no point.

Just as a point, if a scipt contains the exact same error as one you have, its probabaly the same one. Its unlikely to scripts would have the exact same exploits within them.
