Need Layout Made! Important!

I need a layout made for my new Safety Fansite I am making.. It needs to be safety related in some way and needs to be excellent work and professional looking, I want to start the site off looking amazing! If you can make me a layout that would be awesome! I am willing to pay Habbo, please reply to this thread if you are willing to make.

Also, I need someone who is willing to make this safety fansite with me, it is going to contain:
- Safety Guides
- Safety Shows
- Safety X Shows
- Habbo Staff Shows
- Help Desk
- Etc.

Basically it's going to be a safety fansite where Habbos can go to learn about the guides and to learn more about ways to prevent getting scammed. It's also a place for Habbos to get the latiest news and rare values!

Get off you're backside, and code/design a layout...

MANY fansites make/code a layout themself MAKING A LAYOUT DOESN'T EVEN TAKE 30 MINS, I highly doubt you don't have the time.
