yes they are, it was posted on here a while back and thats how i know.

They're currently recording their 4th studio album in Australia. Apparently it will be released in July or there abouts.

Once the 4th album is finished with their contract with Island Records will be fulfilled so they're planning to leave them and sign to another record label.
