What exactly is SkyIsle?
SkyIsle is a virtual online community set off the coast of Great Britain. The island is specifically aimed at newly founded businesses and aspiring entrepenuers. On the island you can set up your own office free of charge to use for whatever services you want. From doing a word application on a Virtual computer to Live support for your customers, SkyIsle is a flexible, you really can do what you want with it. But what exactly is it? Well its an avatar based isometric environment so you can meet a virtual interpretation of your colleagues and clients in a perfectly safe way. The client itself is developed using the latest Adobe Flash technologies which means its also compatible with many mobile devices too!. Sounds great doesn't it? The bad news however is that it is currently in development stages and wont be complete until Q3 2008 (July, August, September)
