Hair at the back of head

Hi

I have medium length hair and at the back of my head, it kinds curls upwards. The front and sides are quite straight but its that annoying bit at the back. It is curly and no matter how many times I brush it it doesnt go down! What can I do to make it straight? If I straighten that bit would it look weird?

Tried under-combing it? So combing it from under the curl and bringing it it around then down.

I dont really wanna do that cause people will go on about it probs lol and I dont want that attention. If I straightened just the back would it look ok then?

Well i used to get the same....

I straightened it. Then decided to have it cut a litttle shorter so there will not be curls. Then the hairdresser decided to cut it very short.

Well yea, so i say straighten it and ignore what people say, aslong as you like it then it's all good:)

I have "wavy" hair, so I straighten it. I don't care that people notice or talk about it, it's not a bad thing really, I happily talk about it with people.

You need to be careful when your doing it yourself though, you may burn your hands ;)
