So, whenever I try and change my look on habbo, it tells me I need flash player, but I've downloaded it three times. Twice yesterday, and once today and it still won't let me.

What can I do?

uninstall and reinstall latest version

If what Bibliophobia said still don't work, try logging into a different user on you're computer? thats what I did.

I tried that and it was the same, but I've fixed it now.
