Witch Console Should I Get.

Im thinking of getting a playstation 3 or a xbox 360 elite but i dont know witch one to get if ppl could post the good and bad points about both consoles that would be a great deal of help.


edit: the reason i wanna get a new one is coz of the new game in april thats coming out gta IV

Get what every you want, if you want tons of FPSs and decent online get a 360

If you want decent graphics and more racing games get PS3

It's probably best to go for one your friends have, I got one a year ago from friday and now all but 1 of my friends has 360s, he bought a PS3 because he didn't like the 360 and he's a Sony fanboy, he is now going to buy a 360 because he wants to play online with us

xbox 360, although i havent played a ps3 yet but my sister works in pc world and she says that the xbox 360 is the better console and she has alot of people trying to bring the ps3 back because they dont like it & she says its a waste of money :)

I'd say that you should go with the 360, it's got a wider variety of games right now. PS3 is just leaving the station and picking up steam, but it could take a while.

indeed the PS3 isnt as good online as 360 yet but 360 has had a massive headstart to get everything right.

lol i find it funny people saying ps3 online is bad because actuly its quite good and has a much better online server than xbox 360 and when resistance 2 comes out its going to have 30 v 30 online play more than any xbox game

How many players there are in a game doesn't matter? Resistance may be one of the best PS3 games but one of the best 360 games is Gears of War (dispite me hating it) the multiplayer tiny, 8 player max I think yet it's still one of the best games around to date

360 games can probably have more people playing but they choose not too, big games with that many players means the maps are huge which means it's hard to find anyone
