The gold amber lamp seems to have dropped in value in recent weeks. However it's value at 2.2 is incorrect as people tend to pay 2.0 for this rare.

The petal patch is proberly the most stable rare on the hotel. It usually never budges and in this case, the same has occured. 3 CS is a even buy/sell.

Again, a very stable rare. The white lace pillow seem to be selling at 1 CS easily. Numerous times have i seen the pilow being sold and bought at 1 HC each. Very stable and i can't see it budging for a while.
