What room to make ?

Getting back into Habbo after a break from it and I want to make a room or something so I can enjoy the game but really don't know what. I have made a shop and casino and the casino wasn't successful but the shop was alright but still took ages for people to come and only when they came, then others came also. I was thinking of making a group room like some sort of "mafia" and stuff. Is it too hard to find people to work in them though as there are many others? I am not rich ... only worth like 1t so don't have a huge choice for what I can make. Thanks in advance to all that help.

just make whatever you want, its only like shops n really good trade rooms n stuff that get popular these days

I know it's just that I don't want to know that I am making the room but just wasting my time since it won't be popular that's why I am asking for advice just to know if thinks like group rooms and stuff get popular these days.
