1. Your probably under 18, its pointless for someone your age (in my opinion) to create something that requires as much maintenance as an MMOCC.

2. MMOCC's cost real money, lots of it, to maintain the servers.. hire coders and developers.

Good luck, I also do not see that much "wow" in the graphics, looks like it was drawn in paint.

Those 'people' sort of look like flying condoms. ;]

Anyway, try snazzing up the graphics, they don't look very good.

He's obviously aware of that if he's making a MMOCC.

After seeing what is uploaded, it looks awful. I don't see how this is going to go very far, unless you improve on your graphics.

Do you have a client? (My guess is you don't)

It looks rubbish but then again habbo looked rubbish in the first drawings.
But true I agree with Caleb, you don't seem as if your over 18.

Do you have any flash, Java, shockwave or coding skills at all?

Caleb

It's called WORK IN PROGRESS.
I am not an idiot, I know what work in progress is. I am quit an experienced developer, I do not need you telling me "work in progress."

It looks drawn in paint, thats it. Its funny how these 14 and 15 year olds think they can run a successful MMOCC.

----------------------------------------------

Do you have any experience in MMOCCs?

Also on your application form, experience DOES matter.. which is another reason I feel that you do not have enough experience.

Would you please stop posting in my threads "It looks drawn in paint"

I'm 17.
I know a bit of flash.

Just flash? You can't make an mmocc with just flash

Quit whining, you need to take criticism like an adult.

The truth is, it looks like those graphics were drawn with the pencil tool in paint. It looks like a cheap rip of Habbo.

The squares are not proportional, it just doesn't look like it will work.

There is no shading.. nothing.

I could care less how old you are.

If you know a "bit" of flash, thats really not going to help you create a working, decent client. If you are planning on hiring a developer to do it, do you know how much that costs?

More then you probably have to spend on this project.

At oochips: Yes you can, Flash is well supported these days
At Caleb: You can create an MMOCC at 15, Age isnt a limiting factor however I do agree with you that he probably cant judging by the graphics.

I thought that flash couldn't communicate between clients. I thought you needed shockwave for that kind of thing.

Re-read what he said, he didn't say anything bad about 12 year olds so pipe down. The flex fella claims he's 17, when he's actually 12.

COPPA rules say your not aloud here yet ^^

Okay, first of all it's spelt 'allowed' (as in permitted to do something), not 'aloud' (as in saying something out loud). Secondly, COPPA does not say if you're under 12 you're not allowed on Forums but sets out guidelines that must be followed by any AMERICAN (it's FCC regulations which is an American entity - the Federal Trade Commission) website operator.

So... this Forum isn't American, and even if the this person is under 12, they can be here with proper permission from their legal guardian.

Sidenote - COPPA doesn't actually say anything about visit Forums and such but simply deals with the actual collecting of informaion of children under 12.
