I was going to set up this but looked at costs and for every £10 topup you would only get about £5 paypal because of the charges.

Well. Onebip charge is what 25p or something ?

Paypal send money is about 40p for £9 odd leaving the person who bought with £8.60 and the person who done with about 20p profit?

Or change numbers around to make more.

Good idea for peeps who dont have credit cards linked to acc though?

Nope.

£1 earns you 52p
£5 earns you £2.80

It's quite a good idea, but the fees cripple the idea.

Yeah it is possible but not widely used. To do it follow these instructions;

1. Compose a new text message.
2. Input 'Send CASH to PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL'
Imporant! You must replace CASH with the amount of the money you want to send and PAYPAL ACCOUNT EMAIL with the email which is attached to the PayPal account.
3. Double check what you've input is correct!
4. Send to 62226
5. Payment Complete

Just 10 as it has to be a whole amount of money. Like;

£1 = 1
£3 = 3
£282 = 282

etc :P
