Thick hair

Hi everyone :)

The problem is, I have really thick hair thats around 5 inches long. I would like to get a short hairstyle but I don't know what to pick. Im not really sure what's in the norm with short hairstyles, can someone help? Has anyone got any links of pics of short male hairstyles? I need it shorter and am not going to be straightening it like someone suggested. Because I have thick hair, if I got like short back n sides grade 3 or 4, how would it look? +Rep for help, my hair is starting to get really annoying :P !

Nah I think I would rather have short hair, I mean when I feel the long hair at the back of my neck sometimes its itchy on my neck.. but thinned out, how do you do that?

hairdressers know how to do it (they usually use some special scissors or a razor) you just ask for it to be thinned and layered :)

but then it grew back quickly so i cut it even shorter :)

I got an 8 on mine, mind you mine has never went longer than my neck.
I spike mines up, I couldnt live with short hair (1-5)

On the clippers, its a length. Not sure what measurement, but 1's pretty much bald, I have 2 on the sides.

I got mine done shorter down the sides, then fairly short messy spikes along the top and down the back.

I really like that hair, when you got that, what did you ask for at the barbers?i took a pic of someone in :P it would actually help a lot if you found a pic of someones hair that you like and take it in and tell them you want it like that and to thin it out n stuff :)

You go into the hair-dressers and say I want this and they do it, it's not rocket science.

I agree with REDNECK :) I want to grow my hair and get it cut in a certain way so I'm getting a pic of it from somewhere and I'll get a hairdresser to cut it like that.
