Dunno if it helps but when I used to play 150-200k xp an hour was feasable

each run lasts 5minutes....so theoretically you could do 12 runs an hour, though if you include banking etc its probably gonna end up being 9-10 an hour. not sure on the xp per hour though

At 77 you can get about 150k xp an hour. At 81+ you can get about 200k wp an hour and at 91+ you can get about 250k xp an hour (unless your RuneScape name is jackusbuddus :P). You should be able to do at least 10 trips an hour. You'll lose some time finding the right door and banking so you won't get 12 trips an hour.
