:l Cos my mum says I shouldn't get it cause I'm under 18 or some crap, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who has it at my age. (15).

Or I am completely wrong and nobody has it?

i have it and im 16. i owe them over £100 because some muppet charged me back even thought i sold him the items and he left me good feedback. paypal will not listen to any of my emails and phone me every week asking for the money.
i advise you not to join paypal

I'm 14 and have PayPal. But I just put on my PayPal I'm 21 so that I can buy/sell on eBay and so they let me keep my account open :).

As long as you don't do big amounts (£100+) they'll turn a blind eye...

dont make suspicious transactions (high amounts, say over £100)
withdraw when you hit £50

mine got shut down after i got £600 from selling stuff on ebay lols. But they did put a claim against me lol. But yeah, its alrite if you do it in £50 here and there.

I was 13 at the time, 14 now and sometimes do deals.

I'm sure you don't have to be 18 to use either paypal or eBay, it's one or the other as far as I know.

Try and register with your proper DOB and see what it says.

I'm 17 and I have one, I have my visa card attached to it so I get instant payment on ebay.

I was asking the same thing a month ago but found out loads of under 18s have it, so I just got my own aswell. :P You can use debit cards and since you can get them at 15/16, I don't see any problem.

PayPal doesn't require you to enter your age upon registration.
