Age lock

I've noticed on forums it locks out certain people.

like in none pg-13 forums it wont let people under a certain age access into that forum.

i've tried searching and no joy of a toy, help?

You can set it so that, Only people over the age of 13 can register.

I dont want it to be set so that only over 13's can register, i just it so that in a certain forum it blocks under 13s viewing it and displays the underage notice.
