Sometimes that's the case. People who don't get them on their face, get them other places like their back. It's hormonal more than anything. Just follow the instructions given by the Doctor.

I've got acne on my face, my doctor gave the me the once daily gel aswell.
However I have long hair that coverse my face alot of the time...
All I can do to help is to recommend eating more fruits. I never used to eat fruit, however now I'm having atleast one orange a day and less fatty foods. I'm also working out alot more and having a shower right after. This combined with the gel works great.
A little tip is to have a shower, or clean your face with face wash + warm water, 20 - 30 minutes before you apply the gel on.
Also, the amount of time it takes for your acne to disappear varies. I can take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months, even possibly a year. Don't stop using it when you're spots have cleared either, use it for a further few months if possible to make sure your acne is gone.
Hope this helped :)
Good advice given above.
Also you should moisturise your skin all over as it acts as a barrier against everything in the atmosphere which can cause spots and blackheads ;)

ive got a few spots and my doc gave me the duac. you'll have to wait about 2 weeks or something for them to start clearing up but it's really good stuff.
if youve got lots of hair on ur back / neck and sweat alot that could be causing spots.
