COD4 CLAN TAG?

I've seen quite a few players online with certain clan tags.
They have "right analog & left analog" sticks in their clan tags.
I know how to do this obviously, if you wanna know then ask.
But i was wondering, can you do it on the Messenger Keypad?
Because i've read somewhere you CAN, any idea guys?

Go to your settings.
Change language to French.
Then go onto COD4 > Xbox Live > Barracks > Clan Tag
Then plug in a USB keyboard, then hold down alt and press random symbols.

Search it on youtube for videos on it :)

BEWARE THOUGH, you CAN get banned for doing this.
