I don't have a Facebook account so I don't know how it works but if it's a referral thing then it's just silly. People usually sign up to referral schemes for iPods not these!

Clearly none of you have visited a health clinic to pick some free condoms up. My experience:

I gave my contact details and waited to be seen by a doctor. I was asked a few questions about sex etc.. Waited another ten minutes and was given 36 free condoms of various differences. I was told you are only allowed to visit every 3 months to get another 36 condoms.
