okay, i was goin up a ramp on my bike a boy drove infront of me so i stopped and tryed rollin down.
my legs fell my head smacked the ground (heads cut open basically) my knees smacked the ground aswell as my hip and my elbow.

i cant move, right so my friends rung an ambulance
i get tooken to hospital, they say bruised hip and give me crutches.

and bad thing is when i go to bed i need to turn and when i do it really hurts'

and if im trying to sit with my feet up, i have to stop and lift them up because they're dead.

what should i do as this REALLY hurts.
btw it scratched my phone, the ******.

i fell off a motorbike on wednesday :D
i now have damaged cartilage in my right knee, cut my face open.
a week on, after hospital, i cant walk. i feel your pain literally lol.

painkillers work, take 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen together every 4 hours. ;)

He probberly means that no they dont give crutches for a bruised hip, My nan broke her hips and hey did nothing.. and they didnt give somone else crutches that i know when they buised their hip, They were riding down a hill and their front wheel came off Lolll
