Hey guys.

I've not shown anyone here my recent work for a while now, so I thought I'd post a current ongoing design of mine.

This design will (hopefully) be used on the personal site I'm building, and it is meant to look like a messy design that has been thrown together and stuck down.

The lines or the edges? The lines are a pattern in Photoshop.

Nice but I feel the drop shadows are too heavy. I like the layout quite alot but I personally think you can do alot better, I preferred most of your other designs to this although it is very nice.

Agreed. On the welcome bit bring in the drop shadow a bit.

Loving it so far Rich, but heres a few things I think it would look better with;


Maybe a wood like background, so it would look like the papers on a table.
Slantin the logo and notepad abit so it gives it more of a just put togeather feel.
Change the line colour on the notepad to blue and maybe give is a red margin, make it so only one side of ripped the left would be the best so it looks like you've ripped it out of a notebook.
Slantin the text on the sticky note, although I'm not sure it would be that easy to code.


Edit;

Also curve the bottom left of the sticky note, it would look more realistic.

I love it actually.

It simple, effective, and looks pretty amazing.

My favorite part is the tape! It looks so good with it. Maybe add a realistic background?
