As im sick of people saying lend me £5 and things like that.

At least when someone asks me on a street there homeless.

i find this annoying also, they post it in the web design section which is stupid and it shouldn't be allowed!

I agree. It's against the rule to ask for Habbo donations so it should be against the rule to ask for real life donations.

I agree. It's against the rule to ask for Habbo donations so it should be against the rule to ask for real life donations.I remember that rule but I can't see to find it. It said something like "Don't ask for free furni or anything else" then it went on about giveaways and that. I guess J1MI might have removed it when he sorted out the rules.

I looked for that too as i remember that "please do not beg or ask for credits/furni ect." Could of been edited but looks like it got removed :(

Lol..

No it's perfectly fine. Nobody is asking for £5, they are asking to borrow which is a total different thing.

It's perfectly fine and does not brake any law or rule.

If you don't like it, don't view it. End of solution.

Maybe, but this is United Kingdom not another country. :P

I agree with the poster above too, that thread is annoying but just ignore it. He should get warned for double posting a lot.

Don't be so pathetic, you could just stop being so selfish and NOT POST THEM.

How is that being pathetic you ******?

It's pure fact.

You could stop being selfish and prevent others from asking to borrow money and NOT READ THEM.

the point is if i say "lend me £5" and you do, and I never pay it back, you'll complain to forum management that I scammed you and they will say tough luck.

They don't want that happening really.

At the end of the day you should only ask to borrow money off those you know, not random strangers.

I also think this should be a rule, anyone for a poll?

Somebody could sell a layout, give the layout first and not receive payment and if you say you got scammed then they will say tough luck.

I don't think anybody would lend anybody they don't know any money. It;s the same with selling a service, on who gives who first.

Agreed.

I have no problem whatsoever with it, I just don't bother reading the threads. If you don't like it, just ignore the threads. It really doesn't take much effort you know.

Just tell them to go out and sell the big issue.

There is quite a lot of money to be made out of the big issues, you double your money. You buy them £1 each and sell them for £2. I'm thinking about doing it tbh! :P

And yerr Matt, I can't find it either, think its been removed.

That is a good idea Barkseh, you will then be able to move out of your cardboard box and invest in a metal one! :P
