2nd February - Sent my Xbox 15th February - Recieve my Xbox 15th February - After 1 hour of gameplay Xbox has same problem you know what *Text Removed* microsoft

you sent it and 'recieve' it on the same day? are you sure you sent it?

Sent it in on the 2nd, received it on the 15th.
Played for one hour on the 15th and it is still having the same problem.

send it back again and they might give you loads of free stuff :)

i did do the post on diff lines but it didnt work like that :P

sent out - 2weeks later recieved - played and broke - crying

really hope they fix it PROPERLY this time - gonna put a letter in with it and say dont *Text Removed* it up this time. Hopefully a few free games wouldn't hurt :)

My friend got RROD today, he only just got a new 360 like 6 months ago and it's done it again today which annoyed him xD

I laughed but he's not bothered since he isn't getting any new games until Fable 2 is out lol

microcrap won't give me a new one - i have had it 14months and they only CONSIDER giving a new one if its within 6months

You make that sound bad.
My laptop broke - for the second time - so rang up to get it sent off. They arranged for a pick up after about 1-2 weeks NO laptop at all (broken screen).

Comes back another 2 weeks later - turn it on and NO internet. Rang 'em up and told them. They basically said it was my fault, as its impossible for neither ethernet or wireless not to work - seems they were wrong. Despite this, they refuse to extend warranty even though generally they are obliged to.

lolol they probably fixed it but the game you play ***** it up? ORRRR your xbox is messed. god u need some patience, nothing can be perfect all the time, request a new one.

Why is the Xbox 360 so crap? All I seem to hear about it is how bad it is :S Just complain telling them to fix it, and test it out before it comes back so they're sure and you're sure it will work on return.

My thoughts exactly, why the hell do they care? Exactly, They dont.

Oh lord, They have lost one customer? But then again, they probably made quite a few more since this thread was started.

They have your money now, they aren't exactly losing a customer (Yeah, they have lost you buying games but judging by the vast numbers of Xbox owners... Care = 0)

And about the PS3 owners getting free games if they break down... I was given a brand new console when my 3rd one broke down and I have been given a FULL refund, 6 Free Games and a Universal Media Remote.

Exact same story with one of my friends who had quite a few Xbox consoles...
