Polish people generally work harder and longer than Britons lol. And I don't see the problem, plenty of Britons emmigrate to countries like American and Australia for a better life, are you saying they should all be sent back to Britain so they work properly?

Can't blame them, this country sucks. The healthcare/insurance companes are useless when they say they'll give you money. When my dad was in hospital, they said they'll give my mum £250 for each night he is in hospital which she needed because he was in Romford (which is a good 1hour drive) and she visited everyday, so it cost alot in petrol. They didn't pay the money in until a week after he died and they put it into his estate, which means we won't get the money... If you're in an accident, they'll pay for physiotherapy, which is good. But only 4 sessions if you're lucky, and they'll let you apply after this, which will take up to 3 months for a reply (if you're lucky). So yeah, the healthcare/insurance companies and policies are a bit crap.

No, polsih people are good at what they do. they come over here and people think they take all the work. but the people that want the work are crap at what they do.. The polish people want a decent life over here and they want to make a living. there not like pakis who just come over here and make loads of kebab shops and really annoy you - polish people are kind people. If people think they should go back to there country, well then that means that all the english people that move to places like australia and america should come back. my mate is polish and they are really nice and kind people. ok - they maybe speak another language - but so what? were all human. They proberbly dont like our language but they still learn most of it before they emigrate hear. Have some respect for these people.

I couldn't, personally, really imagine aspiring to live here, but, given their economic situation, I can understand why some Polish people come over here to work. Living in Britain is pretty much the lesser of two evils.

I presume that is because its mainly the last 4 years alot of polish have been coming to britain. Alot of the time they have a high number of them to one house so when the rent is divided they pay very little per person and then alot of their wages home. Our wages is 3 or 4 times theirs so if they work here for 4 years they have 12 - 16 years worth of pay for Poland so then go home and have a much better life.
I have nothing against people coming here and working or coming here and abusing our system because if there was any other country like it in the world I would be knocking on their door tomorrow :o however I do have something against the moronic people in charge of the country who let it happen.
