How to show high rep power

Some people on this forum have like 4 rep power but there bar is massive

How do I do that on my vbulletin forum

Either go to reputation manager or go to their user and edit their reputation from there

Because Rep Power and Rep Points is different.
The green bar is the Rep Points.
More Rep Points = More Bars.
Rep Power can be 50, but without the points been changed you will only have a few bars.
