I am a big believer in 2 or 3 active mods per forum and then 2 or 3 supers, a couple of admin and then 1 or 2 AGM's and a GM. Having to many supers and not enough normal mods keeping their eye on selected forums is a way of missing alot of things.

I will say that favourtism (SP?) follows the rules and works really hard in all the jobs he does and I am suprised it has taken so long for him to be recognised for his efforts. He deserved at least one assisstant managers job but his lack of time in the job went against him but the person who was hired does nothing from what I can see.

The whole point of this section is for 'feedback' where we can give are feedback on the forum so what I'm doing is giving feedback on the moderators.
I think alot of people will agree with me that the management team needs sorting out.

Self praise is no recommendation you know Elkaa and really anybody not willing to to even listen to the members and talking to them in such a superior tone should not be surprised when members get upset.
I am pretty disappointed in you and another person who has recently been promoted. Both Mat and Yoshi contributed more to the forum and were excellent ambassadors for Habbox Forum, than you have to date and both have been thrown on the scrap heap without any recognition of this while the some of Habbox Management act like members of the polit bureau.

The thing about todays GM's is that they have so spark to them, they're not fun is anyway and it's kind of dull. They don't introduce much excitement and make their job seem harder than it is. I strongly advise they find some new admins. People like Adzeh should be the GM, he is fun and lively and good to laugh with - Well from what i've seen in the News Reporter section ;).

Unlike a lot of the rule-breaking members on this forum I actually learn from my mistakes.

I have to be honest here, favourtism is simply a great moderator and has put in so much effort over a fairly long period of time so well done to him and I wish him the best of luck. In regards to mat64 and yoshimitsui leaving the moderation team I have to say they were both good friends of mine and both great people and it is a shame to see them go. However at the end of the day it is the decision of the forum management regarding the appointment and removal of forum moderators and forum super moderators and the removal of staff or the hiring of staff is only ever done for a good reason.

It's my fault I get banned and Iv just had enough so when I created the L!nK.. account and bought VIP I knew I wasn't going to get banned.

I'm amazed they've not stood up against the higher management (MAD and sierk) and told them what they're doing wrong. Most of the things I say against management has been gathered from talking to members etc in the Help Desk.

I know that some staff members have very strong opnions about parts of Habbox and some people do tell higher management exactly what they think. So many users think staff are scared of speaking and having an opinion in case they get "told off". This isn't the case unless you take up things in a civil manner.

I normally talk to Mentor about it whenever I see him, mainly because it's so terrible now it's quite interesting to mention :P

The surprising thing is, there's alot of staff, ex-staff and managers who know how bad Habbox is run. I'm amazed they've not stood up against the higher management (MAD and sierk) and told them what they're doing wrong. Most of the things I say against management has been gathered from talking to members etc in the Help Desk.

From some threads even Sierk doesn't know what's been happening.

Well, I'd call this a 'strike two' for MAD... I lol'd at how MAD infracted Catzsy though, of all people. Personally I don't give a crap if some kid who doesn't know how to spell infraction if it hit him in the face. If he does his job well, then fine. I find though, when Hollywood mentioned his Moderation reports were good, that could've been the only reason he actually got promoted? I'd much rather make REDNECK a SMOD (and that's saying something) but that's my two cents.

I know that some staff members have very strong opnions about parts of Habbox and some people do tell higher management exactly what they think. So many users think staff are scared of speaking and having an opinion in case they get "told off". This isn't the case unless you take up things in a civil manner.

Sadly i agree, The criteria for a ban depends on the rule breaking but if you've only had one increaction then there is no reason for you getting banned, what you said was no worse then what Catszy saidm shouldnt she be banned too..? :rolleyes:

I've always spoken aloud about Habbox, and i dont wish to change now while im staff, so where to begin!?! You coming to the assumption of Super Moderators doing very little is extremely naive of you as you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes and let me tell you it's alot of hard work!

Firstly we get around 3-4 pages of reported posts a day , an Smod has to check all of these to make sure they have been dealt with correctly , secondly we get around 2-3 pages of infractions given out , an Smod has to check every single one of these infractions in detail to make sure they are fair.
After that we have the job of looking through the report something to an Smod thread / the serious rule breaking section and you'd be surprised how many we get in there. We have to make sure no one has oversized avatars/signatures and if they do we have to firstly pm then , secondly give an infraction , then remove it via ModCP and then fill In a Usernote.

Now let's get too the 'moderating' , we have to look through almost all new threads and deal with rule breaking as fast as we can and give an infraction without making an mistakes. Usually we will get an idiot or two who think it's funny to spam / flood the forum with pornographic images, Well the way we deal with this is an real pain , first we give them an infraction to record the proof with , then we rush to ModCP and ban them , then we have to come back to the forum and move all the threads they make aswell as the posts they make, finally after that we have to file a Ban report aswell as an Usernote , by the time we've dealt with one person there's another joining in.

I could go on writing about all the other tasks we do such as validate the VIP reminders , Check through Ips, Comment in the infraction problems and generally helping users whether it be in the ask for help section or via PM , but I don't have the time to do so.

After reading all this how can you say that an Smod doesn't do much for the forum :/.
