Staff member abusing their power????

It seems my pass got changed and I had no email on my account due to having it removed when forum admin for safety reasons :)

Whoever is responsible in changing my pass to try and shut me up needs firing for power abuse. I have pm'ed sierk and hope he takes it as seriouly as I believe it is.

That is exactly why I made it. I want people to know the way certain people are doing things around here and if its all hushed up then it could happen to anybody and they might not realise.

The thing is a ex manager was talking to me today, Im not going to tell you who it was but he said its pretty easy to just make it so logs dont show up, If your high enough you can easly cover up. Sorry about blaming nvr i didnt mean it like that.

jin and somebody host hxf so he has access to the server and could do lots of things if he/they wanted. I am sure they wouldnt eklse they would lose lots of business if found out though.

When JackHB got hacked they used his account to edit a lot of the forum then deleted all the logs so we could never find out what they did. So we had to install a backup rather than revert their changes

Okay that is just unfair making assumptions with no evidence.

Which brings me on to,

I was looking through the admin logs and erm :eusa_doh:well I will have to take the blame on this one, I had your account loaded on the many of tabs on my browser (when I was moderating earlier on) and changed your password rather than my own, I didn't make the connection between the two until I tried logging back into ACP on my supposedly new password.

Interestingly JRH I have remembered that the same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago and I couldn't get in on my pass and my email addy on the account had been altered to add an extra '1' so I couldn't retrieve it.
J1mi gave it back after quite a few questions. I have to say their security is quite good to make sure somebody else doesn't get on the account except for B's which is another story :D
