I would just like to say I think you are all doing an excellent job with the radio :) from management to the new DJ's. The server looks like its all working fine and theres always plenty of listeners.

I had a few ideas that you liked and some which you really disliked but discussing them helped. the main thing is keeping the place fresh with new staff in for the ones leaving or just who lose interest and you manage to do that well which I fin is the hardest part. Its all a big team effort and in my opinion if alot of other departments at Hx had the same team spirit as you guys then things would be much better all round.
