You can get anti-dandruff shampoo from the doctors that has things in to make it go away for good. It doesn't smell too nice though.

head and shoulders is my friend. I used to get mass dandruff after washing my hair with other shampoo but yeah head and shoulders, use it for a week and the dandruff will go

Well, for me Head & Shoulders didn't work. Personally, I think it made mine worse.

I used to have some of that T-Gel stuff and I have to admit, it worked quite well, but then I changed back to normal shampoo and now T-Gel has no effect on me.

I now have some chinese stuff, recomended by the doctor and this seems to be doing the trick. I have really bad dandruff though and I hate it, I also think Ive got some sort of pshorasis (sp?) on my scalp, whatever that is.

I use head & shoulders at the moment, and it seems to do the trick. I've also tried that T-Gel stuff that worked as well. But, I'm sure if you went to the doctor, they'd give you some stuff to maybe fix it for good?

I have used about 3 differant anti-dandruff shampoos, and none of the me work whatsoever, in fact... it seemed worse!

So I wouldn't reccommend those. ;)

EDIT: @above, someone said Vosene, tryed it, didn't work.
