Yesterday they allowed TSO freeplay, so you can play TSO without paying a monthly fee but your gaming will be limited (Can't do some stuff that subscribers can)

oh and if you see EA Land anywhere that's another name for The Sims Online.

Yea...I don't think it was...Popular, or even interesting xD I wouldn't pay monthly fees to play a mutliplayer version of a game that's only fun for a few weeks

No.. The free subscripton all you can do is chat as your not alloud money, You have to pay for everything else :rolleyes:

More people may play more now due to it being free. As it was like £30 in the UK, RIP OFF tbh.

I dont see much point in it if you cant actually do anything apart from chat on a free subscription.

You can download it, But i dont think it works on Vista atm.
It says its like 5gig dwnload and will take an hour but it takes like 3 seconds.

I take my comment back, I decided to try it, and theres a server called the test server, Its totally free and you have full access.

The only reason you need to subscribe to ea land is because they have a feature which lets you sell your simoleans for real money, and they dont plan to release this on the test server.

Ive been addicted to it for the last few days, Havnt been on msn or anything LOL.

its the sims 1, except instead of NPC's coming to your house, Real people can, You got diff city's, Custom content furniture and stuff.. nd u can go to other ppls houses to get money to work on stuff like making jam n tht.

o and u can go to work with your sim.. E.G if your a dj you work at a club and ur freinds can come and u gotta proide wat music.. or if u work in a restaurante then you have to take peoples orders and give them food etc

You can play in the test centre however EA-Land the city is *full* and will remain full till 1st August when the game closes.
