You no that power stuff you can get? Most people will know it as Whey.

I got some (not whey) and i found that it made me feel energetic and focused. Do you use them? What do you think about them?

When it comes to energy drinks I am a complete addict. It's unhealthy really but they honestly do energise me ALOT. Gets me through the day!

My mum tried some of that, "Diet powder". She lost weight while taking it but gained it all when she stopped.
I wouldn't know if it give you energy or not :) If it does it will probably be like sugar in chocolate. Gives you a spurt of energy and drops back to normal quickly :P

Those powders are meant to give you a lot of protein, but you have to work out a lot if you drink them - if you're looking to mass up - drink those, eat a lot of chicken... but work out, or the protein will become fat.

Be warned, they taste of chocolate and beef.

You can get like a weight gain one for body builders. It's cheating imo.
