I think you would be better to simply delete any reference to Hobba status (former or otherwise) in your signature then people will perhaps stop bugging you? If they continue, simply ignore them, or PM an Admin if the hassle is great. The fuss will die down as people get bored. If Admin had any sort of issue over your name I am sure they would have been in touch due to the forum rules on member names...
