Nah, I always get to about 1000-2000g then spend it and i dont do much but PvP so i'll have no use for it. ;]

I think you can get banned because its just like buying gold with paypal, but if you dont talk about it in game or you dont send insane ammounts of money like 5000g+ in one go you wont get banned. ;P
I'v known people to buy 2000g+ and not get banned. :]
