CoD4 Game Modes

Was just wondering what your favourite game modes for CoD4 are and why?
I would also like to know what your average XP in the game modes is (Don't include what you get from challenges)

My favourite are

TDM
S&D
HQ

TDM - Because it's just fun to kill people without any other concerns [250-300 XP a game]

S&D - It's probably the best team based mode but I've yet to try Team Tactical and it's also really good XP [400-700 XP a game]

HQ - Good for getting kills with the guns to get more XP, I generally get more XP from this that S&D but only if the game turns out good [600-900 XP a game]

You do get UAV in hardcore because I've used it :S

Yeah but it isn't on all the time. Thats better for me as i dont always have to use a silencer to benot seen :)

Lol, I don't like hardcore matches xD it's not as fun because it takes twice as long to find someone

Hardcore matches ftw! In ordinary games you can take 6 bullets to the chest/head and not even die! Hardcore is much more realistic and from a snipers point of view, much better.

S&D - My fav quite tatical and intresting! (Xp 400 - 550)

I only play TDM and I get around 50xp to 200xp in a game. I'm not particularly good. Don't care tbh

I usually play with a red dot sight on hardcore. I barely move and when i do i sprint from cover to cover. Much more realistic imo!

I'm with you on that one. I don't like it when one of my team mates kills me with Martyrdom either lol

Search + Destory is the best game mode for definite. I'll usually get around 300 but if I'm having a great game 600+

A large proportion of the people in hardcore don't do martyrdom.

I do , thats why i always run away from my team!

Yeah it's a lot rarer, but you'll always find one who does it to be awkward.

S&D - 1k+

Average kills is around 12-18 - that's if I'm playing with random people.

When i'm playing with clan it's more like 8+ seeing as we are all good. Normally 700+ in this.

That's for xbox, but ps3 I prefer TDM as I'm don't like the control like I do to the xbox.

S&D is my favourite, as it takes time, and skill, unlike Team Deathmatch, where you can just spawn anywhere and die straight away.

Sabotage is also pretty fun with mates, when you get the bomb, and just camp at the back. 25 KILL STREAK FTW!

Yea, HQ is like that apart from when you're on a small map like Shipment then it's just fragfest, you can get like 100 kills xD It's insane, that's why I like HQ for getting weapon challenges done, S&D is probably the best game mode if you do well because you can do like 5 S&D rounds in the time it takes to do 1 HQ round

I love working as a team in S+D. I was the bomb carrier and i was playing with some random clan , they proper sent scouts ahead to check it was oaky and everything!

Thats what i love about it!

I used to love s&d in cod2 but its changed in cod4 so now my favourite is hq it gets me alot of xp :D
